BCT's Charcuterie Studio is an extension of our Wattle & Daub Cafe. Offering a tempting array of gourmet meats and cheese, tasty pickles and dips, fresh fruit in season, crunchy nuts and crackers, plus many other options all artistically and beautifully plated.

Purchase a charcuterie board from the studio or bring in your own board, you choose! All our boards a fully customizable and we work within your budget.  Whether you are looking for an intimate charcuterie for two, a larger platter for your next business meeting or social gathering, or a large grazing table for your next big event, we are ready for you.
